Vidaville offers delivery within the U.S. and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping: Vidaville calculates and displays shipping charges online after you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart, and have logged in. Charges are calculated based on your location in relation to the warehouse it's being shipped from. Our warehouses are located across the United States, and one in Canada.

Delivery Time: Shipping is calculated on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays.

Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. Refer to individual product pages for details. Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day for delivery.

If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped at our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available at no additional charge.

Shipping Across the Border: We have warehouses in Canada and the US. If the item(s) you are ordering needs to cross the border to get to you, be aware there may be an import fee. We are not responsible for this extra fee. For more on this, please visit a delivery service listed below.
