The Little Calorie is to help
you maintain or lose weight. It can even be used
to gain weight if that is your
goal. The Little Calorie has functions
for logging the number of calories you eat. It can also calculate
the amount of calories (or fat) you lose by training and/or eating
a balanced diet.
A new feature for this release is the "Diet Diary
Notes".
Here you can write your own daily diary comments, such as the food
you ate during the day.
