Dr. Kiara Galbreath trained as a medical doctor and
as a specialist in Internal Medicine. Her career was cut short by a
bicycle accident which left her with extensive disability and spinal
cord injury. When she was told that she was going to have permanent
disability from her injuries, she decided to explore other methods
of treatment and threw herself into an extensive treatment program
involving many different types of “complementary” therapy
including Chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy,
massage, lymph drainage, clinical nutrition, reiki, traditional Chinese
medicine to name a few. When she realized the potential that these
therapies have for improving chronic debilitating conditions when done
well, she elected to start a training program in everything that she
found to be effective. Over the past ten years, she has completed training
in craniosacral therapy, reiki, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine
and frequency specific microcurrent. She has been actively pursuing
new methods of treatment for conditions for which medicine has few
treatment options.
