Best Animated

The Nightmare Before Christmas - Tim Burton creates an usual character Jack, the king of Halloween Town who takes on Santa Claus' job and turns his place into Christmas Town. He decides to transform jolly things into spooky things and often confuses the word "sleigh" with "slay". It's a sweet Christmas treat for the whole family.

The Polar Express - Ever doubted the Santa Claus? North Pole? This unbelievable adventure takes a young boy on a journey as he boards the Polar Express that's heading north…Not to mention the fantastic actor, Tom Hanks, who takes on the voices of five characters in the movie picture. It's a magical film that will bring joy to your heart!

Best Comedy

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - This film revolves around a family - the Griswolds, who stay at home for the holidays and invite their relatives over. Hilarious moments include an unforgettable Christmas diner, electrocuted kitten, attacking squirrel and much more. Add this one to your Christmas must watch list!

How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Jim Carey continues to make us laugh as he stars in this amusing tale of a green creature who hates Christmas. As he disguises himself as Santa Claus, the Grinch steals the presents but later on discovers the true meaning of giving and changes lives of people in Whoville. It's a pleasant movie experience recommended for all ages and especially Jim Carey fans.

Best Classics

It's a Wonderful Life - This movie has been released over 50 years ago, but the wonderful memories about it remain. A fascinating film about a businessman who is troubled about his life and wants to end it - on Christmas Eve! But once his guardian angel appears, he sees how life would've been like if he never existed and realizes what's most important to him. Watch this movie and you won't be disappointed.

Miracle on 34th Street - The story is set at Macy's where an old man replaces a drunken guy in a Santa Claus suit. However, after he gets hired he insists that he's the real Santa! One of the best Christmas films of all time.

Best Action & Adventure

The 12 Dogs of Christmas - A story that takes place during Great Depression, is about young Emma who is sent to her dad's friend after he loses his job. Before Christmas, a dog shelter is about to be closed in the town and so the brave girl tries to save them. It's a great movie for dog lovers.

The Philadelphia Experiment - Good flick for sci-fi fans. An adventure of two crew members that travel 41 years in the future as a result of failed experiment of making the naval ships invisible during the WWII. They attempt to make sense out of things and encounter difficult but interesting situations.
