RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied or have found a problem with a product you purchased at Vidaville.com (an ebook, printed book, candle, or other product), you may return the item within 60 days of shipment arrival for a full refund. The item must be in it's original condition, and if it is an audio product it must be unopened. If the return is a result of our mistake, we’ll refund the shipping cost as well.

To Request a Return:

  1. To make a return, first go to Vidaville.com, and go to "Your Account" (link is located top right of your screen). Log in with the user name and password you created when making your purchase.
  2. Select "Returns" from your cart menu.
  3. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
  4. Click on its number or status, and the Order Details page opens.
  5. Scroll down to the Create Return Request form.
    Note. If you do not see the Create Return Request form on the Order Details page, the creation of the return request is impossible. It means the time during which the return request could be placed has expired.
  6. Set the number of products you want to return.
  7. Select the reason for returning.
  8. Select the action you would like us to do for you.
    Options available:
    • Send replacement if within warranty
    • Give you a Gift Certificate for future purchases
    • Pay you back using PayPal (understanding you are responsible for PayPal fees in this case)**
    • Pay you back with a check sent by mail
    • Other (Give us details in the comments area provided)
  9. Leave your comments, if necessary.
  10. Click on Create.

We will process your request within 7 business days of your request.

* Abuse of our returns policy may result in non-refund.
** We are not responsible for, nor will we pay for, fees pertaining to the use of PayPal in the case of returns.
